IT Support Services
DKL support team are your 24/7 “on-call” IT department that you only pay for when you need (PAYG)
We can support individuals and business IT & Computer Requirements as a support service or on a break-fix basis.
We offer support in a number of ways, listed in order of costs (cheapest first):
If you have a computer related issue in the first instance please either:
- Call into our workshop in Ibadan, Oyo state and talk to a technician (M-F, 9-5, Sat 10-4) or
- Call us on 08029202942,08055182272 and speak to a technician or leave us a message
- Send us an email to email@example.com detailing the nature of your problem
All our technicians are fully qualified by Microsoft and Apple and very easy to speak to. They speak both Yoruba and English as a first language.
Troubleshooting, Testing & Assessing and Repairs
If you can bring your equipment to our workshop in Ibadan and we are able to fix the problem within 5 minutes, there will be no charge
If your computer equipment is too heavy for you to handle but you can have someone put it into your car, one of our technicians will carry it into our workshop and put it back in your car when it is fixed.
Troubleshooting and Assessing
In cases where we are not able to make a quick-fix, the equipment will need to be left with us for 24-48 hrs for troubleshooting and assessment. You will be required to pay a token, when you leave your equipment.
The fee covers you for 30 minutes of labor, if the issue can be assessed and fixed within 30 minutes or is unfix-able, there will be nothing further to pay.
If a fix is available and requires parts or labor beyond 30 minutes, we will contact you, give you a quote and discuss any possible alternatives with you.
If there is an available internet connection, we may be able to fix minor issues remotely. This service is available worldwide, but still carried out by our Ibadan workshop-based Technicians. Remote support billing is communicated, after agreement on provision of remote support , and payment is confirmed by our finance department(M-F, 8am to 8pm) per 15 mins.
Onsite Support or Call Outs
Onsite Support and Call Outs are usually not necessary in 75% to 90% of all IT and Computer problems. Certain computer and IT problems will require an “Onsite Support Visit” or “Call-Out” at the clients personal residence or business premises.
